Sales Policy:
We will require a non-refundable deposit of $50 for all chinchilla sales.
We will place a chinchilla on "Hold" for 7 days if the deposit is not received or other arrangements have not been made the chinchilla(s) will go back up for sale.
After the initial deposit is received the buyer has 30 days to pay in full and the chinchilla(s) will be listed as "Sale Pending" or they forfeit their deposit and the chinchilla(s)
will be placed back up for sale, unless other arrangements have been made..
Once payment has been received in "Full" the chinchilla(s) will be listed as "Sold" and the buyer has 14 days to make arrangements for pick up or delivery unless other
arrangements have already been made.
Should the buyer back out of the sale for any reason all monies except the initial deposit will ONLY be refunded within 7 days from full payment received.
If no deposit was made and payment was made in full we will keep what would have been the deposit amount and refund the rest as stated above.
**Gurantee Policy**
It is hard to place a guarantee on live animals as you do not know exactly how the animal will react to their new environment. We can guarantee that when our chinchillas
leave here they are healthy, but that is the ONLY guarantee we can give when buying one of our chinchillas.
Dusty Side Up Chinchillas come with the following starter pack:
Pellets - Hay - Supplement (if available) - Dust - Pedigree - Bill of Sale
We will also be happy to provide a life time of support for you and your new chinchilla(s).
